This is with reference to the loan and/or credit facility (“Facility”) availed by You along with the other co-borrowers on the loan structure from Protium Finance Limited (formerly known as Growth Source Financial Technologies Limited and prior to that it was known as Growth Source Financial Technologies Private Limited) (“Protium”) on the terms and conditions stipulated in the Loan Agreement and other related loan documents (“Financing Documents”).
We would like to inform you that Protium has transferred /assigned the Facility to Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited (“Bhanix”) with effect from October 31, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”)
Effective from “Effective Date”, Bhanix is solely entitled to all the receivables arising from the Facility. Please note that the Facility has been assigned by us to Bhanix, along with all the present and future rights, title and interest contained therein and arising from the Financing Documents executed between You and Protium, including all the payables to Protium, claims, awards, judgments and in each case under or in connection with the Facility Documents.
Please note that all the terms and conditions of the Financing Documents shall remain unchanged and shall continue from the Effective Date, for the benefit of Bhanix and hence you are now advised to:
a. Make any repayment/payment towards all amounts due and other expenditures whatsoever stipulated in or payable, under the Financing Documents in favor of Bhanix by depositing the same in the following bank account: |
