1. When is my EMI due date?
3rd of every month.
2. Why is my phone locked, even after the payment is made?
Payments can take up to 2 hours to reflect in the system. Request you to contact our customer support if it is taking longer than the expected time at wecare@protium.co.in.
3. Money was deducted from my account, but my phone is still locked.
Please contact our customer support team at wecare@protium.co.in, we will try and resolve it as soon as possible.
4. Documents needed for me to check eligibility for my loan?
  • Contact details including mobile number/email id, Address and PAN number
  • Relevant KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN)
  • Click a selfie for KYC validation
  • Requisite employment details
  • Bank account details for auto debit registration
5. Can the approved loan on Samsung be used for the purchase of multiple devices?
Loan is pre-approved only for the purchase of 1 device. If the customer wishes to avail loan for another device, the customer can avail it only after repaying the availed earlier loan.
6. Can I uninstall Samsung Finance + app after my purchase?
No, it can only be uninstalled once the loan is repaid and closed.
7. What are the modes of repayment?
  • E-Mandate
  • Protium Website
  • BBPS (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc)
  • SF+ App
  • Airtel Payment banking (Cash)
8. Can I pre-close my loan?
Yes, you can make the payment through your SF+ app or write to us at wecare@protium.co.in.
9. Will I be charged on the pre-closure?
No
10. Can I change my EMI due date?
No
11. When can I get my NOC?
You will receive NOC after 3 days from loan closure.
12. What is my loan processing fee?
INR 399/-

You will receive your disbursement amount in 3 slots throughout the day. The 3 slots would be:
